How the Executive Committee operates
Under Articles 20–22, the Executive Committee runs MIHLGSO within the policies and budgets approved by the Board. Each office carries clear responsibilities.
Chairperson
Leads the Executive Committee, chairs meetings, and represents MIHLGSO in its dealings with members, partners, and the public.
Secretary
Keeps the organization's records, coordinates meetings and correspondence, and ensures decisions are documented and carried out.
